1. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Vivley to:
- Submit fraudulent bookings or provide false personal information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or our systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks
- Circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Vivley staff
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without authorisation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
2. AI Interactions
When interacting with Vivley’s AI assistant, you must not attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content, or to bypass its safety guidelines. The AI assistant is designed for travel planning purposes only.
3. Consequences of Violation
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions at our discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
- Cancel pending or confirmed bookings
- Report the activity to law enforcement if required
4. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports and will take appropriate action.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
